Philosophy of Care

The philosophy I practice when treating patients is patient-centered. I chose to practice a healthcare model that puts patients first, treating them as partners in their own health by focusing on their values, preferences, needs, and goals, not just their illness. I have found in my time practicing this leads to better health outcomes, increased trust between the patient and their provider, and empowers patients to make informed decisions about their healthcare. I believe healthcare should be a collaborative partnership with the patient and the provider.

Fun Facts

My husband also is a provider at TCCH, and we have always worked for the same practice/hospital setting since we have been in the medical field. I am from Seven Mile, Ohio which is outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. In my free time when I am not working, I spend my time at the beach with my family. I also enjoy reading/exercising and spending time with our Shih Tzu.
