Staff here is awesome My wife was Hangry. She’s pregnant so they offered her a drink that has protein and everything in it to roll her over until she was able to eat.

Let’s start from the time I walked into the clinic. Tamika has shown professionalism every time I stepped in front of her desk. After the typical greetings are over she’s straight to business. Very knowledgeable about her position and gets the job done. Then you have the medical assistant Madelyn. Asking questions that are necessary for the exam. Very professional and friendly while she does it. And last but not least we have Dr. Jersain. He set the tone in the examination room. He explained, in detail what I should expect when I go through the procedure that I need. He was very patient with me and made me laugh several times. He’s definitely not some stuck up doctor. He’s a friend that happens to be a very experienced doctor. All 3 of the personnel that I mentioned made me feel like I was important to them. So I said all of this to say I would recommend this place to anyone needing a primary care physician. Trust me you’re not just getting a Dr. You’re getting friends.

I’m so satisfied with the helpfulness, professionalism, and sincere humanitarian concern shown by every person I’ve had the pleasure to encounter at this institution. No matter which office I go to, whether it be the UaP office (located in the United against poverty building), the mobile unit (near the highway), or the central location (next to the post office): I have so far had nothing but universally positive, humane, & efficient experiences with every single member of staff. It’s a drastic change of pace from the mercenary attitudes and bureaucratic indifference that even otherwise good medical offices or full hospitals can show. You’re doing yourself a favor by using tcch facilities for your care.

From beginning to end it was one of the best experiences I have ever had over a doctor’s appointment. The receptionist; Mariln was courteous, polite and friendly from that moment I’ve felt at ease. Then Eddie Mae the Medical Assistant was superb and very thorough with her medical questions. To end my amazing experience I was checked by Doctor Mackett, he was outstanding with his checkup and quite knowledgeable to respond to me to my questions and concerns. I will recommend anyone to use TCCH as their medical place. It is going to be my primary place for my medical needs. Thank you for making me feel important.

The whole staff here is amazing. They get you in quickly with little wait time. Joyce Wagner has really helped me with the issues I’ve been having. Fell like she really listens and she gets things done.

A very good team. Miss Marilyn is very attentive and always has a smile. Dr. Liana García is excellent and speaks Spanish. I highly recommend them. They’re hidden away, but it’s the best clinic.

Liana chips was AMAZING. She listened and we got things accomplished in one visit! She addressed all my concerns, and took the time to make sure i was comfortable with our plan to go forward.
