Insurances Accepted
Treasure Coast Community Health
We accept a wide variety of insurance plans.
Depending on your insurance plan, you may need to be assigned to a TCCH provider before scheduling an appointment. An assigned provider is important for insurance payments and our ability to refer to specialists.
Please contact your insurance provider to verify plan benefit coverage and assigned providers.

Your Responsibility as A Patient
You are responsible for the cost of your healthcare and all payments. As a courtesy, we process claims through your insurance provider. However, if a claim is denied, you are ultimately responsible for payment. Some payments, such as a co-pay, are expected at time of service.
Pregnant
If you are pregnant and receiving Medicaid, please speak to one of our Health Navigators about “presumptive eligibility.”
Payment Assistance
We understand extraordinary situations occur that require additional consideration. If you find yourself in a challenging situation, we will work with you to review your payment and insurance options. If you are unable to pay per your patient agreement, please call billing department at 772-257-8224.
