Philosophy of Care
My philosophy of care is grounded in a patient-centered approach that honors each person’s beautiful approach to life. I believe that healing happens through collaboration, trust, and compassion. Every client deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood.
Professional Focus
My clinical areas of interest include trauma, relationship challenges, and codependency, with a focus on helping clients build healthier patterns, secure connections, and emotional resilience. I provide interventions from a range of evidence-based modalities, including: EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and play-based approaches for children. I tailor each session to the individual, integrating these methods to support healing, insight, and meaningful, sustainable change.
Fun Facts
Outside of the therapy room, I love anything that lets me move, create, or enjoy the outdoors. I enjoy singing, dancing, roller skating, and paddle boarding, and I’m the happiest when I’m in or around the water. I’ve been fishing since I could barely stand, and I developed a love for adventure early – I started riding motorcycles at just 10 years old. These activities keep me grounded, playful, and connected to the joy in everyday life.
