The doctors and staff make me feel welcome and do their best to relieve my anxiety, on both the medical and dental side. Dr. Genesis Santiago-Alvarez really stands out as an outstanding dentist. She greets me with a genuine smile and explains my options in detail. She asks how I’m doing throughout all procedures, and goes out of her way to meet my needs and make me feel relaxed as possible. I have had extractions and cavities filled by her, and never felt any pain, both during and after her work. Incredible. How does she do that? She really cares about her patients, and has so much enthusiasm for her work. I like how she sings and hums while she works. I can honestly say she is the BEST doctor in ANY field I’ve had the pleasure of working with in my 59 years. Thank you!

I am new to the area and needed prescriptions refilled with a local PCP and came here because it was conveniently located. That being said, my first appointment with Dr. Dayana Reveron Alvalle surpassed any new patient exam I’ve ever had. She is by far the most thorough provider I’ve encountered as a patient, and I came from a great team of doctors in the Panhandle. Based off my medical history, she completed in-office ecg, completed relevant labs in addition to routine labs, and got me referred to specialists without me even having to inquire. Then, met with me for a follow up appointment to discuss labs in detail rather than just having someone call me on the phone to say it’s all normal. In summary, what I thought was just going to be “convenient” for me ended up being an exceptional experience.

Amazing staff. They are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We use the pharmacy. They are quick to fill or refill our prescriptions. We see the new gentle eye doctor and the friendly happy technician. She knows how to find the perfect style for each of her patients. Doctor Regina has a way of calming down the children while keeping their minds engaged in friendly conversation. The boys no longer regret having to go see the doctor. Thank you. Also the dentist department is fantastic. Treating each patient with care, calmness and compassion.

I saw Gracielas review and was shocked. She has but nothing but kind and considerate and very caring on any of my visits! Really liked her a lot!

I really appreciate the care my son recieves from Dr. Hage 5 stars isn’t enough. She is very passionate, helpful, and caring. The office is friendly and makes it a treat each visit.

We take our whole family here and have especially good experiences with our sons pediatrician Dr Hage. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable and takes time to thoroughly check out our baby. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a pediatrician.

So after the initial shock and speaking with HR we were calmed down and brought attentive care with a consultation and other appointments. The lady on the phone at HR really helped sooth what has been an agonizing experience.

I absolutely LOVE coming here. I was told by another dentist that my teeth were not salvageable at all, and Dr. Arana told me they were wrong and she has made me feel so much better about myself, I’ve been getting teeth done one by one and I already have so much more confidence in myself! She’s honestly the best dentist I’ve ever dealt with and I couldn’t thank her enough. And Shantala from day one has been AMAZING! Made me feel so comfortable with her and never once made me feel insecure about myself because I’m very insecure about my teeth. She’s so sweet and there hospitality and Professionalism is beyond what words could express. Because of them I can smile again. Wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else. They both have worked magic in my mouth! LITERALLY.

I only used TCCH for a short time because I unfortunately had to move BUT, I can’t give this place enough stars!! My 5 month old daughter also came to this facility & saw Dr. Lisa Hage. She is absolutely amazing after trying to find a good pediatrician that cares. I’m so sad we had to leave her. I saw Dr. Gema Vanegas and absolutely loved her and all of the nurses!! She is amazing. The front desk were also very nice all the time! The lab lady that draws blood is wonderful especially if you’re scared to get blood drawn, I had to bring my baby with and she was so kind and sweet! They all felt like family in the short time my daughter and I spent there. Loved this office!

My wife took our son for an appointment yesterday. He was having issues with his throat and swallowing which had gotten worse since he came home sick Friday. The staff was pleasant and the physician was thorough in the examination. The recommendation was made to go to the hospital and which hospital would be the best one. I have great respect for a medical professional that will refer rather than treat something beyond their scope.

Let me tell you something, I walked in this place with almost to impossible teeth to fix, the lady got to work and my teeth got great attention and no pain, I’m blown away. Great job guy’s.

This place REALLY cares about their patients whether your on the dental or other side. I had a dental appointment at 840 am and didnt get there until 912. I take medicade transportation with staywell and my transportation never came to pick me up.. One of the dental associates was sorry and mentioned shed take me home but i live far and she wasnt due for a break. It started to look like it was going to storm and i was pacing in front of the building my phone had died and a employee from the front brought me a chair and when it started sprinkling she had asked her higher up and the higher up had taken me home. My transportation never called, never came and didnt care. These people did AMAZING on my teeth and always treat me amazing. Theres not a single one i dont like so far!!

I was treated with so much consideration by Dr. Gaponiuk & Will Steelman. Everything was explained 2 me clearly. They were extremely patient & understanding with me. They kept checking with my comfort levels & when I needed a break- he never showed a sign of frustration. I highly recommend this Doctor/facility for dental needs. Thanks Guys.

Dr. Latia Holder-Ilyadia is simply wonderful. My kids feel very comfortable with her and her professionalism. We’ve never had to wait for long periods of waiting; only reasonable time, for us is fine.

TCCH provides excellent customer service to all patients. The staff is very helpful and friendly. One of the best places I have been for pediatric care for my children. Highly recommended!
