Previously, Andrea was our Assistant Director of Nursing and has been with TCCH for almost eight years.

“As the Director of Nursing with nearly 13 years of inpatient and outpatient nursing experience, I believe in leading with integrity, clear communication, and respect. I am committed to creating an environment where patients receive the highest standard of care and where staff are supported to work confidently and autonomously within their full scope of practice. I value teamwork, active listening, and consistency in following established procedures to ensure every patient receives safe, reliable, and patient-centered care.”
