Kim brings over 20 years of experience in HR supporting employees and leaders across corporate, nonprofit, and multi-site organizations. More than 12 of those years were in healthcare and nonprofit organizations making a real impact on people’s lives and the communities that she served.

“I genuinely enjoy getting to know employees, understanding what matters to them, and helping them navigate challenges along the way. Over the years, I’ve learned that HR isn’t just about policies and procedures; it’s about people. When employees feel valued, respected, and supported, they are more engaged and able to do their best work. My goal is to help create that kind of workplace while supporting our mission of the organization.
