My philosophy of psychiatric care is guided by a patient-centered, biopsychosocial approach. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic alliance and collaborating with patients/families on treatment decisions. I utilize psychiatric medications thoughtfully and integrate psychotherapy principles when appropriate to improve symptoms, functioning, and mental well-being.
