Philosophy of Care

I am a therapist that always focuses on my patient’s strengths. I want to help my patients recognize how strong and capable they are, to make positive changes, no matter how difficult their situation is. I am extremely empathetic, caring, and want to provide a safe space for my patients to express their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. I want my patients to know that someone will listen and be a support for them.

Professional Focus

My therapeutic skill set allows me to work with all age patients, even though they may each struggle with very different issues. Whether those struggles include Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, or significant trauma, I am up for the challenge to do the best I can for my patients.

Fun Facts

No matter what I am doing, I give a hundred percent, and I am very passionate about helping others, and the people I care about. I like to exercise, be near the ocean, write, learn new things, and travel. What makes me smile the most is my son, who is the best person that I know.
