Philosophy of Care

My treatment philosophy is patient-centered care. It’s important to establish trust and foster a welcoming environment before beginning any treatment. I am a big supporter of meeting people where they are and empowering them to make positive changes toward improving their health. Patient education is something I am adamant about, encouraging patients to be involved with their own care and understand their treatment options.

Professional Focus

I am passionate about preventive care and have a background serving patients with complex medical conditions and refugee populations. My previous experience providing care for at-risk populations has strengthened my ability to foster a safe environment and provide care customized to each patient.

Fun Facts

I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, Benny and Oliver, frequenting local coffee shops, and staying active. Some activities I do include scuba diving, rock climbing, long walks, pickleball, and exercise classes in my free time. Traveling when possible is one of my favorite things to explore new places, eat good food, learn about other cultures, and make memories.
