TCCH operates eight locations offering family medicine, behavioral health, dental, vision, and pharmacy services, including a soon-to-open West location near the I-95 and State Road 20 interchange. TCCH serves approximately 35,000 unique patients annually, delivering over 120,000 encounters. Despite this impressive reach, TCCH faces ongoing challenges such as patient wait times for dental and behavioral health services and difficulties recruiting physicians due to tight financial margins.

Addressing community concerns, Haridopolos reassured that traditional Medicaid is not facing cuts and emphasized that proposed adjustments focus on preventing fraud, not reducing coverage. “To put you at ease, traditional Medicaid is not going to be cut,” he said. “The focus is on ensuring only those who qualify receive benefits.”

Impressed by TCCH’s mission and quality of care, Haridopolos praised the organization’s work, stating, “I give you all credit for what you do every day and appreciate your commitment to the community. I’m really impressed with not only the numbers you handle, which is remarkable, but you do it in a first class facility as well.”

TCCH continues to expand partnerships, including innovative healthcare services within the Indian River County jail, supported by a $1 million federal grant, to help individuals transition to community care post-release.
